DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF NITRO-X PUMP

Start by first assessing your tolerance. Consume one serving (1 scoop/20g) with 250-400ml of cold water. Drink and wait for 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, drink another 1-2 servings and wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance.

As a performance food supplement, take 1-3 servings 30-45 minutes prior to your workout (on an empty stomach). On non-training days, take 1 serving upon awakening. To optimise results, avoid food intake (incl. a protein shake) within an hour of taking NITRO-X PUMP.

Avoid taking this product within 4 hours of bedtime to prevent sleeplessness.
