Hi, my job is keeping me very active and has led me to lose a lot of weight. What would products would you recommend? I will be joining a gym in an attempt to help increase muscle mass as well.

Yes, one serving is 3 scoops of powder in 500-600ml of water. Therefore if you have 2 full servings daily you will have a total of 6 scoops in the day. However, please note that USN Fast Grow Anabolic is not recommended for people under the age of 18 due to the added creatine and testo boosters. Hi, the directions on your creatine jar says to take 1 teaspoon per day but your website says to load for 1 week, take 1-2 teaspoons for 3 weeks then stop for 3 weeks. Can you take 1 spoonfull per day continuously? Without the break? Thanks

It is better to take a 2-3 week break from the product after every 5-6 weeks of use, to allow your body to successfully metabolise and eliminate any potential build up of the product, and to ensure that you continue to see the full benefits of the product.

If you are only taking 1 teaspoon a day, then only a short break will be necessary every 5-6 weeks.

As you are under the age of 18, the use of these supplements is not recommended. USN rather suggests the use of Whey protein or USN Muscle Fuel which do not have any added creatine or testo boosters, and are therefore safe and effective for people under the age of 18 to use.

What is your height?  From this I will be able to determine whether you are in fact a hardgainer, struggling to build bulky muscles.  Is this your goal to build bulky muscles or to build lean muscle ?

For weight loss:

The Phedra Cut Hardcore is taken 30 minutes before your breakfast and 30 minutes before your lunch but not later than 15:00 pm.  The CLA Pure 1000 is taken 30 minutes after your meals.  You should cycle off the Phedra Cut  Hardcore for 2 days, to give your nervous system time to relax from all the stimulants.  During these off-days, you can take Phedra Cut SF (Stimulant Free).   Take the Phedra Cut Hardcore for 3 months, rest one month and then continue.

Taking Creatine X4 30 minutes before you train is perfect.  Also taking the Hyperbolic Mass as a mid morning and mid afternoon snack is also perfect that is to say if youre a hardgainer and want to build bulky muscles.

The important question to ask yourself is why you want to add the additional milk? Is it for taste or additional nutrients?

- An adolescent can only grow as fast as his/her genetics and environment allow and therefore their physical activity levels or performance is irrelevant.
- There is lack of evidence / research of creatine supplementation for under 18s and potential implications for health risks (e.g. kidney condition)

It sounds like you are doing the right thing training and nutritionally wise but probably just need to add some extra good quality calories.
I would suggest the Muscle Fuel STS as an in between meals snack typically at 10am and one at 3pm, if you have never supplemented before I would start with 2 half servings a day for the first 2-3 weeks then gradually take it up to 2 full servings a day there after for another 4 weeks.
The next step from that would be to use the USN Hyperbolic Mass but again with that start with 2 half servings a day building up to 2 full servings.

In order to lose fat, you will need to restrict your calorie intake and/or exercise regularly (3-4 times / week). I have attached a nutrition plan for fat loss which gives you different options for your main meals as well as some supplementation advice. Please remember that losing fat in a healthy way requires a well balanced diet with nutrient dense foods and then supplementing where necessary. 

The 2 supplements I would recommend are Diet Whey Ultralean (low GI, low calorie snack replacement) which you take as a 10am and 3pm snack in between your main meals. You did not specify which product but I assume you mean creatine. Creatine should be mixed with fruit juice such as grapefruit or pineapple juice. Mango juice is ok too.
