The USN HGH Stimulator or the Creatine X4 will not help to increase your height, as at this stage your bones have already capped and can no longer grow longer then they have already.
The growth plates of a male cap at around 17 and 18 years of age, once these ages a reached, the height will have already been determined and cannot be changed.

A plateau in weight loss represents a balancing out in energy consumption versus energy usage. This means that there are two options available to you to continue weight loss. You either need to further manipulate your dietary intake to lower your total energy consumption while still protecting and retaining your muscle mass, essentially forcing your body to utilise stored fatty tissue as energy.
Or alternatively, you need to start introducing exercise to increase your energy demand, and in that way start to use stored body fat far more effectively by increasing your metabolic rate.
In all cases, I would suggest the inclusion of cardiovascular training and resistance training because of the many benefits you can have from this combination.

I cannot give you a timeline on results as every person’s metabolic rate and visual results differ. As with all diet and training plans, consistency is the key. You need to persevere with the training and diet to ensure that you are burning stored fat mass, repairing muscle tissue and getting your result.
The best way to keep track of your weight loss progression, is to have you body fat percentage measured on a weekly basis. Your body fat percentage can be measured by means of skinfolds, by using a body fat caliper. The people working in your gym or the pharmacy should also be able to take your measure your body fat percentage for you.
