I want to start your 12 week training program,with the use of the Rapid Fat loss plan and Rapid Fat loss training plan for women.I see that the training consist of three days. What do you do the other days? And how do I use the supplements during the days I will not be training?

The USN rep at my chemist said that I only need to take the Phedra cut before breafast and lunch and the CLA Pure 1000 after breakfast and after lunch. On the fat loss plan it states that I have to do the same for dinner. Must I do this?

I wish to do the B&L Challenge but i also wish to cycle.How would you recommend I do this. I wish to train ith weights 3 days per week and cycle for 90 minutes on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but about 180 minutes on a Saturday and Sunday. when would I hit the gym, and what about recovery?

I have downloaded a lot of info from the USN site, but i am still not sure how many times a week i must train. I already bought most of the USN products required to start with the challenge. We have worked out our eating plan. But i am battling to put together a training schedule.
